Digital Service & Delivery Policy
Last updated: Version 1.0
1. What is delivered
SchoolTooDoo is a digital online service, delivered over the internet through this website. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery or courier charges. A subscription gives one named learner access to the paid academic features, including Toodoo, the academic record and the parent/guardian view.
2. When access is delivered
A 14-day free trial starts immediately when a learner is added. No payment details are required for the trial and it does not convert to a paid subscription on its own.
For a paid subscription, access is activated as soon as PayFast confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes of completing checkout. Bank or card confirmations can occasionally take longer; if access has not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it.
3. How access is delivered
Access is delivered to your existing SchoolTooDoo account — simply sign in on the same account that made the payment. Learners sign in with the username and password set up by the main account holder. No download, installation or physical delivery is involved.
4. What you need
An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Voice features additionally need a working microphone and browser permission to use it.
5. Pricing and currency
R250 per learner per month, charged in South African Rand (ZAR) through PayFast. SchoolTooDoo is operated from and domiciled in South Africa. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Service availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but maintenance and factors outside our control can cause short interruptions. If something is not working, contact us at schooltoodoo@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +27 68 575 6776. We aim to respond within one business day.
